Getting started
From signup to a running app in less than 10 minutes.
1. Sign up
Head to the signup page. Depending on what is offered, pick Google or GitHub, a magic link sent by email, or an email with a password. We send a verification email immediately: open it and click the link to confirm your address.
With a password, enter your email, a display name (optional), the password and its confirmation. It must be at least 10 characters long and mix at least three types among lowercase, uppercase, digits and symbols. Disposable email addresses are refused, and account creation is not open in every country yet: in that case a page tells you so.
2. Verify your email
The verification link logs you in automatically and expires after 24 hours: if it has expired, request a new one from the sign-in page. After a password sign-up you return to the sign-in page with a message asking you to check your inbox. Magic links expire after 15 minutes.
3. Onboarding wizard
Once verified, the wizard walks you through a few short steps (Workspace, Plan, Your code, First app). Navigation only moves forward: reloading the page does not take you back.
- Name your first organization. Pierrr creates it and makes you its owner; its identifier is derived from the name and frozen at creation.
- Pick a plan. Every new workspace gets a 14-day trial on Starter or Pro. You can also stay on Free and change later from Billing. If you clicked a plan on the pricing page, it is preselected, with the billing period (monthly or yearly) you chose.
- Connect the account of your code provider, the one that hosts your repositories, so you can deploy them. This step is optional and can be done at any time; it is hidden when no provider is available, and the wizard then has three steps.
- A final screen confirms you are done and takes you to the dashboard with the Go to the dashboard button.
4. Sign in
From the sign-in page, use the OAuth tab for Google or GitHub if you linked them, the Magic link tab for a link sent by email (valid for 15 minutes), or the Password tab for your email and password. If you forget it, the “Forgot password?” link sends a reset email, and a “Password updated” message confirms the new password was saved.
If two-factor authentication is on for your account, a second screen asks for the code from your authenticator app, or a backup code. A session stays open for 7 days as long as you use it, up to 30 days: after that you must sign in again.

5. Join an existing organization
If a teammate invited you, you receive an email with an invitation link. Opening it joins their organization with the role they assigned, you don't need to create your own organization. Without an account, sign-up opens with your email already filled in.
For an account created for you by the Pierrr team, an activation link opens the Activate your account page: choose a password (same rules as at sign-up), then sign in. If the link has expired, ask the Pierrr team for a new access.
6. Anti-bot check
The signup, sign-in, magic link, forgotten password, password reset and invitation activation forms all run an anti-bot check. In almost every case it stays invisible: nothing to tick, nothing to click. If your browser does need checking, a checkbox appears above the button, which stays unavailable while the check runs, labelled “Checking your browser…”. Leave the tab open for several minutes and the check renews itself: the button goes briefly unavailable, then comes back.
