Can I uninstall the agent cleanly?
Yes - run sudo /usr/local/bin/pierrr-agent uninstall. It stops the systemd unit, removes the binary and the local state. Your workloads (Docker containers) remain untouched.
Does the agent auto-update?
No - the agent never updates itself. You trigger each update from the hub, and a progress bar follows every step in real time (download, verification, install, restart). The binary is verified (GPG signature and SHA256 fingerprint) before it is swapped in.
How is the licence enforced?
The agent reports its server fingerprint on each heartbeat. The hub checks the active subscription. If your subscription lapses, the agent stays online for a 7-day grace period before going read-only.
Can two agents share the same licence key?
No - each licence key is tied to one server fingerprint. Buy additional seats for additional servers.
