Safeguards that apply
Each provider is bound by a contract with data protection obligations. Where data leaves the United Kingdom or the European Economic Area, the transfer is covered by an adequacy decision or applicable framework, or by standard contractual clauses and the UK addendum.
Your own providers
Providers you choose yourself for your application (for example an email or analytics service you build into your code) are not Pierrr sub-processors. You choose them and you are responsible for them.
Changes
We update this page before any provider is added or replaced, at least 30 days before it takes effect. To be told by email, write to team@pierrr.com with "Sub-processors" in the subject line. You may object to a change on legitimate data protection grounds, as the data processing agreement provides.
