A faster console and website

The public website follows your browser language: if it prefers English and you have not picked a language yet, you land straight on the matching English page. The language switcher always has the final say.

The console is faster on every signed-in page: your session is checked only once per page, and page data loads in parallel.
The billing page shows up much faster, and switching between monthly and yearly is instant, with no page reload.
Quotas show up faster, and the heaviest project tabs (Secrets, Backups, Security, Topology, Metrics) only load when you open them.
The public website is lighter and faster, including when opened from a campaign link (newsletter, ad).
A published announcement shows up on the website within about 30 seconds.
A price change never affects a running subscription: you keep your price until your next plan change, and your invoices stay untouched.

A scheduled plan downgrade no longer removes the agent licence from your subscription: it stays active after the effective date, which now matches the displayed date exactly.
After a Pierrr update, a tab left open reloads cleanly on the next navigation instead of getting stuck.
