Expired archives are really removed from disk

- Expired archives are really removed from disk. The agent accepts a new purge command: when a backup exceeds the plan's retention period, the hub names the archives concerned and the agent erases them. Until now only the row disappeared from the interface, the archive stayed on the server indefinitely, including backups containing database dumps. The agent refuses any archive located outside the target project's backup folder.
- Destroying a project also erases its backups. Permanently deleting a project now removes its backup folder, dumps included, instead of leaving it on disk after the project is gone.
