An encrypted backup really is encrypted, or it fails

- An encrypted backup really is encrypted, or it fails. When GPG encryption is configured and cannot complete, the backup is now reported as failed and the clear-text archive is deleted, instead of being kept as-is with a "succeeded" status. A backup that believes itself encrypted without being so is more dangerous than a failed one, because nobody will redo it.
- Off-site upload is reported explicitly. A backup's result now states whether the archive is encrypted and whether a copy did leave for remote storage, with the reason on failure. Previously a failed upload only appeared on the agent's error output: you could believe you held off-site copies without it being the case.
