Network groups between a project's apps. New resync-project command: when a user creates, renames or deletes a network group, or changes which apps belong to it, the agent rewrites the project's compose file and nginx config and runs docker compose up -d (no target, no build/pull) so that only the containers whose network membership changed are recreated. Technical groundwork for links between apps (Free = a single non-editable group, paid plans = editable groups).
