Smarter pricing, bulk env editing and in-app communications

What's new

• Pierrr Agent now follows your plan with degressive pricing (15, 12, 9 then 6 EUR), and re-prices automatically when you upgrade.
• Bulk environment variable editing: paste a whole .env block to add, update or remove secrets in one go.
• Contextual notifications: a "View" button takes you straight to the action, with the list of affected containers shown inline.
• New admin "Communications" space: send targeted notifications to users (with an image), plus announcement banners (maintenance or info) shown on the landing and the dashboard.
